The Nautilus 10-Week Diet Program
This plan is recommended for persons 20 pounds or more overweight. The Nautilus Diet combines well-balanced moderate-calorie meals with Nautilus training. Average results for this program are as follows:
Women
- Lose 18¾ pounds of fat
- Trim 6-3/8 inches off hips and thighs
- Add 2½ pounds of body-shaping muscle
Men
- Lose 30 pounds of fat
- Reduce 4½ inches off the waist
- Build 4 pounds of muscle
Each 10-week program consists of a gradual, descending-calorie eating plan combined with the demands of progressive Nautilus training. Specifically, the daily calories are reduced every two weeks, while the intensity of the exercise is increased. Diet balance is 50% carbohydrates, 30% fats and 20% proteins. Men start with 1700 calories and descend to 1300 calories. Women start with 1400 calories and descend to 1000 calories. Guiding you every step of the way, each meal is planned with recipes and grocery lists.
